Refund Policy
Kanna-Boss does not allow refund, exchange, or returns of product for the safety & integrity of our products. All sales are final. Buyer understands and accept terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the Terms and Conditions of Use of products being sold to you on this site.
Defective Policy
If a product is received not as describe or damaged, please reach out. We will only send replacement within 10 days of receipt of the package. This includes damaged, missing, or wrong items. We ask that order number is provided, and, in some cases, photos will be requested.
Order Cancellations
For orders that have not been shipped, can be cancelled if customer sends email to info@kanna-boss.com within 3 hours after placing order. Orders that have already left our shipping department can not be cancelled nor refunded.
